BRAND INTRODUCTION

The Colombian Cafe taking London by Storm.

What began as an idea between two Colombian sisters to bring freshly roasted Colombian coffee and flavours from their continent resulted in Morena. A coffee roaster, all-day dining restaurant serving Latin-American inspired dishes and cocktails with a contemporary twist.
OBJECTIVE ONE

Create an identity that reflects the relaxed atmosphere of Morena and the welcoming nature of Latin American culture.

Build a website that can represents the brand personality and gives Morena a platform to showcase their locations.

Solution

The final logo features a discreet monogram of the letter M with a drop of coffee falling from the centre to subtly represent the proposition. Keeping the logo minimal meant that we could add more playful graphical elements, including a tropical pattern featuring toucans and foliage and bright colours to express the exotic, fresh ingredients and passion Juliana and Valentina want to bring from their culture to London.

I've been working with George for a few months already, from the logo of our brand to our website. So far, I've been super pleased with the work from his team. I'd highly recommend Opulo, for anybody out there looking for a branding agency.
